Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using OEM Toner Buyer's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products We Accept

We purchase:

• New, unopened OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) toner cartridges and imaging supplies
• Factory-sealed products with intact packaging
• Products from major brands including HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, and others

We do NOT accept:

• Refilled, remanufactured, or compatible cartridges
• Previously opened, used, or empty cartridges
• Third-party or generic brand products
• Damaged or expired products

Offer Process

When you submit an offer request through our website, we review your submission and provide a quote within 24 business hours. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued. Acceptance of an offer constitutes a binding agreement to sell the specified products to OEM Toner Buyer.

Shipping

• We provide prepaid shipping labels at no cost to sellers
• Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely
• Sellers must ship items within 7 days of accepting an offer
• OEM Toner Buyer is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Inspection and Verification

Upon receipt, all products undergo inspection to verify they match the description provided in your offer. We verify:

• Product authenticity and OEM status
• Box condition and packaging integrity
• Quantity received matches quantity offered
• Products are unopened and in sellable condition

Discrepancies

If products received do not match the offer description, we reserve the right to:

• Adjust the purchase price based on actual condition
• Return items to the seller at seller's expense
• Reject items that do not meet our acceptance criteria

Sellers will be notified of any discrepancies and given the opportunity to approve adjusted pricing or request return of items.

Payment Terms

• Payment is processed within 1-2 business days after items pass inspection
• Payment methods include check, ACH transfer, or PayPal
• Payment timing depends on selected method (ACH: 1-3 days, Check: 3-7 days, PayPal: 1-2 days)
• Payment is issued for the final inspected and approved quantity only

Cancellations

Sellers may cancel an accepted offer before shipping items. Once items are shipped, the offer cannot be cancelled. OEM Toner Buyer reserves the right to cancel offers for any reason before issuing payment.

Pricing

Prices offered are based on current market conditions and are subject to change. The price quoted in your accepted offer is guaranteed only for items that match the description and pass inspection.

Limitation of Liability

OEM Toner Buyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
