How to Ship
Shipping your items is quick and easy. Just follow our step-by-step guide to pack your toner or ink properly and use the free shipping label we provide.
Packaging Guidelines
DO: Over-Box Items
Please over-box your items to ensure they don't get damaged in transit. Also add cushion (newspaper, air-bags, etc.) between the toner boxes and outer shipping box to help protect from damage.
DON'T: Remove Labels
Please do not remove any labels or tape on the box. We will professionally remove all labels and identifying information on packages upon receipt of order. Doing so may decrease the value of your items.
DON'T: Put Markings
Please do not mark the box or package whatsoever, including UPC's. Doing so may decrease the value of your items.
DON'T: Cut the Box
Do not cut out any part of the box whatsoever including UPC's. Doing so may decrease the value of your items.
Accept Your Offer
Once you receive your offer and accept it, we'll automatically generate prepaid shipping labels for you. These labels will be sent to your email within minutes.
Print Your Labels
Download and print the shipping labels from your email or the offer details page. Each label is pre-paid and includes tracking information.
- Print on standard 8.5" x 11" paper
- No special printer or label sheets needed
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your toner cartridges in sturdy boxes. Keep items in their original packaging when possible.
- Use boxes that can support the weight
- Add padding/bubble wrap to prevent damage
- Seal boxes securely with packing tape
Attach Labels & Ship
Attach the printed shipping label to the outside of each box. Drop off at any UPS location or schedule a free pickup.
- Place label on the largest flat surface of the box
- Cover label with clear packing tape for protection
- Track your shipment using the tracking number
Important Shipping Tips
Weight Limits
Each box should not exceed 50 lbs. If you have more items, request additional labels.
Tracking
Keep your tracking numbers. You can monitor shipment progress in your offer dashboard.

Schedule a free UPS pickup at UPS.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS for large shipments.
