Product Number Help

Learn how to find your toner cartridge product numbers

Where to Find Product Numbers

The product number (also called part number or model number) is typically printed on the cartridge packaging and on the cartridge itself. This number is essential for identifying your exact product.

On the Box/Package

Look for the product number on the front or side of the box. Common locations include:

  • Near the barcode
  • Below the brand logo
  • On a label that includes the product name
  • Usually starts with letters followed by numbers (e.g., CF280A, TN-760, 054H)

On the Cartridge Itself

If the box is missing or damaged, you can usually find the product number printed directly on the toner cartridge:

  • On a label on the side of the cartridge
  • Engraved or printed on the plastic housing
  • On the end cap or handle area
