ShipSafe Guarantee
Terms & Conditions
What is the ShipSafe Guarantee?
The ShipSafe Guarantee is an optional add-on available at the time you receive your offer from OEMTonerBuyer.com. It is not insurance. It is a voluntary contractual guarantee provided directly by OEMTonerBuyer.com that protects you against total loss of your shipment while in transit.
The Fee
If you elect the ShipSafe Guarantee, a fee equal to 4% of your quoted offer amount will be deducted from your final payout. This fee is calculated and displayed to you before you accept your offer. By accepting the offer with ShipSafe selected, you agree to this deduction.
What Is Covered
If your shipment is lost, destroyed, or rendered completely undeliverable while in transit — and you have followed all of OEMTonerBuyer.com's packing, labeling, weight, size, and shipping requirements — we will pay you the full original quoted amount minus the ShipSafe Guarantee fee.
Coverage applies whether you use our prepaid shipping label or ship using your own carrier or account, provided all shipping and packing requirements are met.
What Is Not Covered
- Partial damage or loss (missing items within a delivered package)
- Shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier
- Shipments that do not comply with our packing, labeling, or shipping guidelines
- Loss resulting from fraud, misrepresentation, or intentional mispackaging
- Delays, late deliveries, or carrier service failures that do not result in total loss
Carrier Claims
By electing the ShipSafe Guarantee, you authorize OEMTonerBuyer.com to file and manage the carrier claim on your behalf. OEMTonerBuyer.com retains all carrier claim recoveries, reimbursements, and payouts. You will not receive any additional compensation beyond the guaranteed payout described above.
Claim & Payment Process
In the event of a qualifying total loss, notify us at info@oemtonerbuyer.com with your offer number and shipment tracking information. We will initiate the carrier claim investigation. Once the carrier has issued its final determination, we will notify you in writing and issue your guaranteed payout within 1 business day.
Election is Final
Your ShipSafe Guarantee election is locked at the time your offer is accepted and cannot be added, removed, or modified after that point. Please review your selection carefully before accepting your offer.
Discretion & Denial
OEMTonerBuyer.com reserves the right to deny a ShipSafe Guarantee claim in cases of fraud, material misrepresentation, failure to follow shipping guidelines, or any other circumstances that indicate abuse of this program.
Governing Terms
This guarantee is governed by the same terms and conditions that apply to your offer with OEMTonerBuyer.com. In the event of any conflict, these ShipSafe-specific terms control with respect to shipment loss claims.
